The goal when playing fury warrior is mainly to keep enrage up as much as possible with emphasis on being buffed when you press your major abilities like Odyns Fury, Thunderous Roar, Champion's Spear or Bladestorm. During AoE, this remains true as well along with keeping up Meat Cleaver stacks to continually cleave your single target rotation.

Fury warriors excel at burst AoE thanks to a lot of their damage being very frontloaded with very little setup.

Slayer Opener

Recklessness + Charge -> Avatar (+ on use) + Rampage -> Bladestorm(+ Stormbolt) -> Raging Blow till 0 charges -> Rampage

Slayer AM Standard Priority

Gaining Enrage through Rampage or Bloodthirst is your absolute highest priority.

  1. Execute if:
    • Ashen Juggernaut is up and expires in < 2 GCDs
  2. Bladestorm if Enraged +:
    • Recklessness cooldown ≥ 15s,
    • Avatar is up or Avatar cooldown ≥ 8s
  3. Rampage if Bladestorm cooldown ≤ 5.5s
  4. Execute if:
    • Sudden Death Has two stacks
    • 2+ stacks of Marked for execution
  5. Rampage if
    • Enrage is about to expire (Enrage remaining < 1 GCD)
  6. Raging Blow if:
    • Brutal Finish is up, and Slaughtering Strikes < 5
  7. Rampage if:
    • Rage > 115
  8. Execute if:
    • Execute Range Active, and
    • Marked for Execution is up, and
    • Enrage is up
  9. Rampage if
    • Rage ≥ 130
  10. Raging Blow
  11. Rampage
  12. Execute if
    • Sudden Death up (never natty execute filler)
  13. Bloodthirst if:
    • Nothing else available
  14. Thunderous Roar if:
    • Nothing else available
  15. Wrecking Throw
  16. Storm Bolt if Bladestorm is active

Slayer AM Execute Priority

You straight up follow your single target rotation in execute range with the one exception being step 8. 8. Execute if: - Execute Range Active, and - Marked for Execution is up, and - Enrage is up

Multitarget Opener

Charge -> Recklessness + Avatar + Whirlwind -> Rampage -> Bladestorm -> Champion's Spear

General Multitarget Priority

  1. Keep Meat Cleaver stacks up by any means (Whirlwind or Odyn's Fury)
  2. Rampage if not enraged
  3. Execute if Juggernaut is falling or if Sudden Death is at 2 stacks or about to expire
  4. Follow the respective ST rotation while prioritizing Bloodthirst over Raging Blow on 6 or more targets outside of Finishing Blow windows because of Slayer Strikes

General optimizations

  • No need to press Rampage as soon as it lights up, as your goal is to have as close to 100% Enrage uptime as possible. With Reckless Abandon, we care more about the correct buttons being pressed before next Rampage (as long as enraged) than we do about capping rage.

Embellishments

Darkmoon Sigil: Ascendance + Writhing Armor Banding is BIS. Dusk or Dawnthread Lining if you care more about M+. Whichever one of these is a sim question (most likely Duskthread for fury), but Duskthread lining is better if you play both fury and arms.

Stats

Item level -> Mastery -> Haste -> Vers -> Crit. Please for the love of god simulate your character on www.raidbots.com if item levels are close.

Trinkets

Your BIS is gonna be Sacbrood and Antenna, while Arcanocore, Improvised Seaforium Pacemaker, So'leah's Technique and Terror Sack are all goo option

Enchants

Chest - Crystalline Radiance (main stat) Legs - Defender's Armor Kit Rings - Raidant Mastery (at high item level, simulate your options) Weapons - Authority of the Depths (Radiant might be close and might even be better on some fights)

For your tertiary stat enchants you can take whatever you want to. Avoidance is guaranteed damage reduction (on things it works on) and is in general recommended. Speed and Leech are both useful in other scenarios, but Moblity is not something we lack as warriors. The slots are: cloak, wrist and boots.

Consumeables

Flask - Alchemical Chaos Food - The Sushi Special Potion - Tempered Potion Weapon Rune - Algari Mana Oil Sockets - Quick Onyx. With Culminating Blasphemite (epic gem) you'll need unique colors. "Masterful" versions of the different colors are your best bet. This is going to be a simulation question in 9/10 cases.

Races

Void Elf, Human, Dwarf, Tauren and Gnome are all very close to eachother. Void Elf teleport may be useful in some one off encounter along with Dwarf Stoneform being able to remove some debuffs in raids.
